Riaan Visser is a Professional Valuer with 26 years’ experience in the Valuation Industry. Clients over the years include financial institutions, government departments, corporate companies and private individuals. Property reports compiled include residential, commercial/industrial, agricultural and specialized properties. Cross border valuation reports were done in Seychelles, Nigeria and Tanzania. He has previously worked for financial institution valuation departments and currently as director of a private company maintains service level agreements in property valuations for the past 12 years.

Blanch is an experienced Professional Associated Valuer with 10 years practical experience in the property valuation industry. In 2011 after completing his studies, Blanche started working at Southern Cross Valuations on a subcontract basis and after successfully completing his exam as Professional Associated Valuer in September 2011, he started focusing on doing work in his private capacity. Blanche’s experience covers all major property types in the corporate, government and private sector. Blanche has experience in the valuing of vacant stands, residential, sectional title properties, industrial properties, commercial properties, moveable assets, deceased estates, agricultural properties, insolvencies and commercial properties.

Heindré is a candidate valuer with 5 years’ experience, currently busy with his National Diploma in Real Estate at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. He is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession as a Candidate Valuer. He has been part of APS since its inception and does residential valuations all over the Gauteng region with more than 6000 valuations completed. Valuations include all types of residential dwellings, sectional developments, small holdings, vacant stands, household content and any other moveable items. He comes from a retail background, comprising expertise in furniture and electronics as well as spending some time in the catering sector. Heindre also contributes his experience in the valuation of moveable assets, always striving to provide an all-round professional and friendly service to our clients. In general, he as has a love of the real estate industry from renovations to the occasional DIY projects.
